  • 1 slice homemade sourdough bread, toasted  
  • cottage cheese 
  • smoked salmon 
  • sliced red onion 
  • 3-4 cubed cherry tomatoes  
  • capers 
  • organic extra virgin olive oil 
  • fresh cracked pepper and Himalayan salt 

For an extra boost of protein - top with a medium boiled egg!
